Ok, so I am applying for the Tuition Assistance that the Army offers to soldiers. What is the complete application process (what all do i upload, etc) the website was changed so I am lost, any help would greatly be appreciated. Also when I apply when does the tuition assistance get accredited to my university (Illinois State University) and do I need to provide the University financial aid office with any documents?
