Can i have all of this?…
get paid + get tuition assistance (at the same time) while on active duty + get the gi bill after that?

Yes…All entirely different things.
this isn’t really an answer sorry… but to those answering this, if you get tuition assistance while in USAF ROTC, then join the Air Force, you wouldn’t get the gi bill would you? since you just had schooling(?)
Please don’t tell me your one of those undedicated people who are joining just for the benefits. If these are the main reasons you are joining, the military isn’t right for you.
